A place where Telugu performers are visible to the people who cast. Nothing more complicated than that.

The nine rasas

The Natyashastra names nine rasas — the emotional registers a performance can work in. They are how acting has been taught and discussed in this part of the world for two thousand years, and they are a more useful way to organise talent than a list of genres. A casting director looking for someone who can hold grief without tipping into melodrama is looking for karuna.

How it works

You post your video to YouTube or Instagram and give us the link. We watch it, and if it is genuine work we list your profile. Verified casting and production accounts can then search by craft, city and rasa, and watch your reel. When one of them opens your page, you see their organisation's name on your dashboard.

What we hold to

Your work stays yours. Posting here transfers nothing. We are not your agent, we take no commission, and if a producer approaches you, that agreement is between you and them.

We do not promise anyone a role. What we can promise is that your profile is where casting teams look, and that you will see when they have looked. Anyone who tells you more than that is selling you something.

Every industry account is checked by hand. It is the slowest part of running this and the part we will not automate.

Free while the producer side is small. Charging performers for access to an empty room is the oldest trick in this industry. We are not doing it.

Who this is not for

Anyone under 18. Public video of minors on a platform like this carries obligations we are not set up to meet, so entry is adults only.
